When submitting consultation, contact, or application forms, you confirm the information is accurate and lawful. Hoang Khang may refuse requests if information is false or the system is abused.

  • Customers are responsible for the legality of goods, documents, and related declarations;
  • Freight, surcharges, and government taxes/fees apply per agreement and regulations at the time incurred;
  • Transit times are estimates and may change due to carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure.

6. Customer obligations

  • Provide truthful, complete, and timely information/goods/documents;
  • Pay on time per invoice/debit note;
  • Do not use services for prohibited/restricted goods or unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hoang Khang’s liability for service-related damage is limited by the contract and/or applicable carrier/insurance bill of lading terms. Hoang Khang is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or damages caused by incorrect customer information.

8. Intellectual property

Logos, images, and website content belong to Hoang Khang or licensors. Copying or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

10. Governing law
